We stand behind the quality and performance of our LED Face Mask and provide a 12-month Australian warranty from the date of purchase.

What is covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur during normal and reasonable use of the LED Face Mask, including:

• LED lights or treatment functions failing due to a manufacturing defect
• Electrical or charging faults
• Controller or power-related faults caused by defective components
• Other manufacturing defects that affect the normal operation of the product

If your LED Face Mask develops a covered fault during the warranty period, we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by:

• Accidental damage, drops, impacts or crushing
• Misuse, abuse or use contrary to the product instructions
• Water or liquid damage where the product is not designed for such exposure
• Unauthorised modifications, repairs or alterations
• Normal cosmetic wear and tear
• Damage caused by incorrect charging, power supplies or accessories
• Damage caused by improper storage or handling
• Damage resulting from use outside the product's intended purpose

How to make a warranty claim

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Photos or a short video demonstrating the fault, where applicable
